Kansas Murphy Bed specializes in custom wall beds, catering to homeowners, commercial contractors, and residential contractors throughout Kansas and the surrounding areas. We offer a variety of bed sizes, including twin (extra long), full, queen, and now, king sizes. Our beds are fully customizable to match your decor, and we provide installation services in Wichita and nearby regions.
A Kansas Murphy bed is a space-saving, fold-away bed designed to fit your unique style, space, and functional needs. Unlike standard models, a custom Murphy bed is built to your specifications, allowing you to choose:
Size – From Twin to King, perfectly sized for your space
Style & Finish – Match your existing décor with custom wood stains, paint colors, and materials
Storage Options – Add shelves, cabinets, or hidden compartments for extra functionality
Integrated Features – Include built-in lighting, a fold-down desk.
Mechanism & Orientation – Choose a vertical or horizontal fold, depending on ceiling height and room layout
A custom Murphy bed transforms any space—guest rooms, home offices, studios, or tiny homes—into a multifunctional area without compromising on comfort or aesthetics.
Delivery & Installation
Wichita & Surrounding Areas – We deliver and install Murphy beds for $300.
Outside Wichita? – We charge a delivery fee based on distance.
Prefer to Pick Up? – We offer flexible pickup times for your convenience.
Shipping to all 48 contiguous states can be quoted upon request.

Please note: The Murphy bed kits are engineered to work with any mattress that meets the following weight and thickness specifications:
Twin: Up to 12 inches thick (including any pillow top) and between 35 to 50 pounds
Full: Up to 12 inches thick (including any pillow top) and between 50 to 65 pounds
Queen: Up to 12 inches thick (including any pillow top) and between 65 to 80 pounds
King: Up to 12 inches thick (including any pillow top) and between 65 to 80 pounds
